A: Delivery will typically take 7-14 working days. We strive to manufacture and deliver our beds as soon as possible as we don’t like to keep our customers waiting.

A: Yes of course, we offer a free sample service where you can choose up to 7 samples. Simply fill in the free sample service form alongside choosing the samples you wish to receive. We aim to send out samples within 48 hours.

A: A solid ottoman base consists of two solid bases which are pre-prepared for you. All you have to do is join the two bases together, attach to the headboard and attach the gas pistons. The metal frame gas lift is a metal frame with wooden slats, which attaches to the side rails. We will always pre-drill the holes where the brackets for the metal frame are to be screwed in. Both types of storage provide you with exceptional storage space.

A: Before our beds leave our manufacturing factory, we try our best to make sure quality checks are completed thoroughly. If for any reason there is an issue with your bed then please do get in contact with our customer service team either via email or by phone call. We will try our very best to resolve any issue you have. If you are still not satisfied then we will look to follow our refunds procedure which can be found under our Terms and Conditions.

A: Yes, we do provide an assembly service. You can request for this whilst ordering your bed at an added fee. This will take away the hassle of taking your new bed upstairs and assembling it together. Ready for you to enjoy your first night’s sleep.

A: You can amend your order within 24 hours from when you have purchased. Please get in contact with our customer service team and we will assist accordingly. If you request to amend after 24 hours then you will incur a fee

A: If you order more than 2 beds through our website you won’t be able to get a discount, however we advise for you to contact customer service who will be able to assist your order over the phone and can provide you with a discount that will leave you happy with your purchase. We will try our best to help costs down when buying multiple beds.
